Player 1 Famiclone Pins

Post by Dave »

Can someone post a pic of how to connect a nes controller to a power joy first player. I am aware of Ben's pinout's and others, but no offense they are a little vague......plus I'm a visual person :)

Yeah, that noac looks almost identical to one of mine. Let me see if I can whip something up....

EDIT: If yours is the same as mine then this should work:

1.........Player2 Pin2 (Red)
2.........Player1 Pin2 (Red)
3.........Player2 Pin4 (Yellow)
4.........Player1 Pin4 (Yellow)
5.........Both Players Pin3 (Orange)
6.........Player2 Pin6 (Blue) *
7.........Player2 Pin7 (Purple) *
8.........Reset (Connect to ground momentarily)
9.........Both Players Pin1 (Brown) -Ground
10.......Audio
11.......Video
12.......Both Players Pin5 (White) +5 Volts

*Only needed if using NES Zapper, etc.
