I used bondo marine putty gap filler stuff. You can find it at wal-mart in the automotive area. It looks like a long (about 4 to 5") cylindrical tube of grey... stuff. Check out G-force's PlayMad PSOne portable to see where I got the idea. Just stick it on there, shape it, and sand it down when dry. Hard as a rock.grahamwheat wrote:How did you fill the indentations on the left and right sides of the front half?
Did you fill them with something or cut them out and flip them around?

I'll post pictures tomorrow. I've been working on this portable since March, so you can understand my joy at finishing it.
For now, StarFox and I need some alone time

Is English your native language? I'd like to help you, but I really need some separate sentences. I'll try to answer your questions as best I can, but it's hard to follow this stream-of-consciousness thing you're doing.robbyrob08 wrote:hey brian i have the book and i got zn 40 it' me form youtube robbyrob2006 it's me i have every thing you made it smaller it's not the some sorry i am a noob you send me here to help me a lil bit where do i find goo gong or some putty i are ready know i just need a simpe design of the super nintendo cut design you made a u shape and what to know did you dessolder the super nintendo i what do the some thng i have a ben heck book and zn 40 case please
1. So, the case you got is smaller than mine? Are you referring to the extra area I added by applying some Bondo so I'd have space for the buttons on the top?
2. I get Bondo Marine Putty from Wal-Mart. Look in the automotive section.
3. There are a million places to look for how to wire up an SNES - it's already been all written down and it's here in this forum, in the links I gave you, and at the BenHeck wiki.
4. The U shape thing is something I cut out of plastic and attached to the back with some screwposts and glue.
5. I desoldered components on the Super Nintendo with a desoldering iron.
Does that help?
