If you are talking about the portables cases. Good news, Ben said he will be selling them from the website shortly. However he has discrbed that he book give instructions as to how to build a handbuilt on or CNC/laserengraved, included is a list of matericals.

Edit - When Jack said version, the SNES come out in three motherboard versions and two case versions. The case version for the book is of little consern as the SNESs Ben used were the V1 cased SNES (you know blocky and ugly), however there is a third version motherboard in the second version case that is smaller (you'll know it as the power and rest buttions are on the left and in line from the front, and much smother more curves).
