Parts is Parts

Post by A.J. Franzman »

I have a Four-Switch VCS on the way, which I'm intending to modify into a portable with a Light Sixer look to it. Problem is, I'll be short 2 switches. Is anyone willing to donate, or sell for nominal fee, 2 or more of the metal-rod handle difficulty (or power / color) switches to me? I figure there must be a lot of them either collecting dust in junk boxes or going in the garbage with all of this "portabilizing" going on and most builders using different switch styles.

TIA

Uh I only have the reset and color switch. I would be willing to sell them for like $5 each though including shipping?

I think I'll wait and see if I get a better offer, Best Electronics has new ones for $2.50 each. Anyway, I don't think a Reset switch can be converted to a normal double-throw type of action, at least not with the same feel.
