Changing Cases on a Dell

Post by Insert_Name_Here »

I just wanted to clear things up, so I'm posting this in multiple places.

Do Dells make incompatible mobos (like, not standard ATX), or do they make them now so that they are ATX compatible? And how would you be able to check if the mobo was ATX compatible?

Lastly, would front panel USB ports be able to work with my motherboard?

I have a P4 Dell that runs hot as hell and partly due to the fact that the case resembles some kind of steel PC death tomb with no holes. :? So I need a cooler-running case badly.

EDIT: Yea, I know I made a similar post back in the day, but I have heard a lot of conflicting information, so I'm just clearing it up.
