Psone screen on Gamecube

Post by MaxRebo »

How would I attach a PSOne screen to the back of a Gamecube? I was thinking about removing the handle for GC and putting the screen in place. I dont want to make it totally portable, just with a car adapter for use in the car.

you could maybe drill some holes into the back of the GC, then screw in the psone screen like you would to a psone :).....or you could use an immense amount of duct tape ;)........
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I just sit the screen on top of the GC when I take it on trips.

with the dc i did i just took the bottom part off the psone screen and screwed it to the lid.. in this case i would just rip off the bottom part of the screen and screw the hinges in to the back of the cube...

you would still have the handle... but i imagine it would look strange... *ponts to dreamcast.*

Can I power the screen through the GC like the screen does through the PSOne? How would I do that?

nope, won't work......you need to convert the 12v into around 7.5.....try a car adapter :)

but i would need one that has 2 plugs. I do have the PSOne car adapter.

Use a normal gc composite output cable, and the psone screen has av/in. You have to get a rca to 3.5 mini adaptor, but it it can be done.
