I didn't say you weren't careful about it. What did I hear about his dad, and that careful jest about him mentioning his NOAC in another post? Come on, show a little more courtesy please. And yes, I specificly mean SkyOne, nobody else has tried it yet. Sorry if I am spreading blame a little too liberaly. Anyhow, I suggest we both drop this and let the guy in peace, to finish his portable and show it off in the way he sees fit.
My apologies for any consternation this may have caused.

Emulation isn't accurate. There is no substitute for real hardware!

Oh hell, I wish Sword_Gun all the luck on finishing his portable, you should've seen the pictures before he fixed them. You truly couldn't see crap. Now it's looking good that he has taken the new pictures. So sword, if you took my comments offensively, I was just talking about the wuality of the pictures, not the portable. So I hope that settles it. I wasn't dissing his portable as far as his photo skills.

Ruler it. If the screen is say... 4 inches tall, and the aspect ratio is 4:3, the width is around 5.33 inches.Sword_Gun wrote:Its not gonna be a Full fledged portable
As: The controller may not be built in
and Im too scared to put batteries in it.

Yes, But how do i find out if the Aspect ratio is 4:3?
I can easily measure the length and width of the screen with a ruler...
I just found a Semi- Strong case.
You know those OLD Floppy Disks that were liek HUGE?
Well my dad had a case of them, its about the length of a remote, and like as thick as a PS, and about as wide as one of those big huge floppy disks.
Or I may use a Sega Genesis Cartridge Case... Hmmm.

I actually thought of using a floppy disc case once. Never tested it, though. And for your converting to run off battery problem, you REALLY shouldn't be worried. All you have to do is solder on your battery holder/pack, possibly run a power ground, then you're done!
I am curious, though; if your folks won't let you open the screen, then how are you gonna fit it into a floppy case, let alone a Genesis cart?
