Looking for a centering toggle switch for a project

Post by Big-O »

Ya, so anyway I'm making a pvc airsoft rifie. Simpular to this one: Clicky!

But it's gonna be amped up for airsoft use with a smaller barrel, lazer sight, scope and a bunch of other cool stuff.

Now to the point, I'm lookin for a toggle switch that centers after you pull it in a direction. like a power window switch on a car. hopefully I can make a bb hopper that drops some ammo into the barrel when I push the switch forward.

they are called "momentary" switches, find them at a local electronics store.

or else

sometimes they are named by what positions they go into. an on-off is a normal switch, and an on-off-on is a switch with two different 'on' positions and a middle 'off' position. putting anything in brackets like (on)-off-on means that the one thats in brackets is momentary.

an (on)-off-on will return to a neutral, 90 degree angle position, an (on)-off acts more like a light switch that wont stay up (IIRC), if you know what i mean.
