Hot Glue Question

Post by Psy »

Instead of hot glueing my soldering to seal it, could I use bathroom tile sealant instead? I just thought it would make a good alternative, please tell me if I'm wrong before I screw things up.

If you mean something like grout than yes, but in the long run that stuff is going to be very expensive, hot glue is like $3 for like twenty sticks.

Doesn't matter about the cost really, I've got a ton of the stuff left from when I redecorated the bathroom.

make sure it doesn't conduct electricity. If it doesn't, it should be fine
