I was looking around the boards and links for the PSones av out but cant seem to find it? Will i just have to get the headphone jack to RCA cable and use that to connect to the snes multi out? Im sure theres and easier way i just havnt been able to find a pic of the PSones wirings..any help would be great :D

You can also solder wires to the audio and video input points on the PSOne screen. You can find the pinouts at gamesx.com
