PSp case previsions

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

PSp case previsions

Post by CronoTriggerfan »

Okay, my NESp is nearing completion, and I am pretty sure I will do a PSp next, since they're so easy. I would like to semi-mass produce them for kids at school and stuff, but I have one problem; the controller. I want it to look like the concept here: http://portablesofdoom.org/images/PSCradle.jpg I was thinking I would cut the controller in half, re-wire it, and then use some hot glue, epoxy, and maybe some super glue to fasten the controller to the side of the unit. Then, I would put some bondo around that, sand it, and paint. Would this work? Also, I have never worked with bondo before, so how difficult would this be? Where can you get bondo? How much is it? Will the world end tomorrow? Will Goku ever shut up and fight Frieza? Will Vegeta stop being such a dumbass? Find the answer to all these questions and slightly less on the next semi-boring, monotonous episode of Dragon Ball ZEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

I think that idea should work. I've been wondering wear to get bondo too...according to G-force try getting marine putty bondo because it is the strongest kind and easy to work with.

EDIT: I searched around the forums and this is the stuff you'd want. Marine Epoxy Stick

G-force said you can buy this stuff at Walmart...I have no clue where to find it since I didnt see it in the online catalog on their site. Maybe there is an automobile section in Walmart? I have no clue because I haven't been in one in a while.

Oh and if your wondering why I keep using G-force as an example is because of the excellent cases he has made with bondo such as his N64/NESp case
