If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

What is the diameter of the board for the screen?
Once I get a little extra money set aside, I'm going to buy one...
But until then, I need dimensions for case planning.
Thanks

I would wait until you get the screen, that way you can get the exact measurements of the exact screen you'll get, especially with different revisions of mobos and stuff.

I'll be honest with you - I would have never guessed that.

Psone screens are FAR superior. I had a gc screen and it broke. The psone screen ROCKS! Get it!

It's 5 6/8" wide, and 5 1/4" top to bottom... Really close, not exact... I just remembered I had to trim the side of the board a small bit for it to fit in my portable... Just give yourself 6" wide, 6" long to make room for the plugs too...
Hope that helps ya out!
