Im wondering is there a dremel piece that doesnt cut but sands or shaves plastic..
Maybe sold at radioshack and home depot???

lots of dremel bits are just rough stuff on a stick so if you use it right it could sand or shave plastic. home depot sells them

I guess you could make a fine sanding drum by gluing 400 grit sandpaper over a worn coarse sandpaper drum.

A dremel wouldn't be very good for sanding. It spins too fast to be accurate. It's a lot easier if you just use an orbital sander, or just do it by hand and put some muscle on your arm.

dremels pretty much melt everything plastic whenever i use em i really prefer the muscle on the arm technique
