Voltage question, am I missing something?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

voltage is a pushed force while current is a pulled force.
A=V/R
The higher the resistor value, the lower the draw technically.

Well, ENERGY isn't destroyed, and power is a measure of energy.

Power is also a function of Voltage and Current.

Power can be decreased by being used technically, converting the energy into light, sound, etc., but in an ideal circuit with no power loss, you could convert between different voltages and currents without losing wattage.
Warranty-Voiding fun!
