I stumbled upon this site from a link on a perticular EMU forum (emutalk).
After looking at Ben's creations and the other wonderful N64 portables on this forum, I decided to go out to my local Chapters and buy the book. Luckily, it had 2 of the books left as I had read on the website. I'm in the proccess of reading it now aswell as other N64 guides scattered across this forum.
After reading that i had to replace the heatsink on the N64 ( http://daguuy.esmartguy.com/how-2.html ), I quickly went and looked for a suitable one for this project. And after almost 2 whole minutes of searching!!!!111shiftONEeleven. I found this rather cheap Cooler Master Chipset HSF.

So I ask you oh N64 hacking gurus
I was also looking for a thermal adhesive for it, and thought that Artic Silver might have one. And they did.

So then great, I have my adhesive. Or do I?
And if I understand correctly, I will be applying this on the N64 CPU will i not be? So should i go with the Artic Silver Thermal Compound 5 instead or Artic Silver Ceremique instead of the thermal adhesive?Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive IS NOT intended to be used between a CPU and the CPU heatsink.
On a CPU, only use. Arctic Silver Thermal Compound
Thanks in advance.
