well, I just finished working with the MySQL stuff, and now everything works for you guys (there's a bug for the admins, but nothing major) so here it is. The new indefinite home for doomportables.org is (drumroll, please!)
http://www.doomportables.tk or
http://abbibi.cogia.net
Either one will work, but I have found that it really takes a while for doomportables.tk to come up (plus, you get ads with it and stuff) Pardon the ads, by the way. Everything should be there, and there are no files to edit first or anything like that. Best of all, there is no DNS bug or anything like that, anyone and everyone can get on!
Well, hope you guys like it,
SpongeBuell

Still doesn't work for me at all... the .tk site does go anywhere... and the .net version gets a 500 internal error...
I was so desperate to see what this site was about the other day that i went to www.archive.org and jumped in the internet wayback machine, and visited a far out of date version and not all of the images worked.
I was a saaaaaaaaaaaaad paaanda!

Do you have to pay to do that? I know they have free and paid accounts, and I assumed that the paid accounts were ad-free.nos_slived wrote:Last time I checked, you can disable ads on .tk accounts. I haven't used my account in almost a year, but you can go into settings and disable the ads.
