Ok I have downloaded the Files from Mod that Cube and it has the schematics but what would be the programs i will need for this. The more info i get on this the quicker it will get done. Cheers^_^

I did multimeter work on the dd board, at the beginning. How cmoe I dont get a free one?

apparently the guy at that site i gave has already gotten his working. i dont know how, and i dont understand half the stuff on their site, but it looks good. i'm pretty sure the IDE interface is on there, but i saw the USB on there too.

Yeah... we've tried that too. Email gets bounced back. The guy has dropped of the face of the earth. You should probably read or at least skim through this thread so you have an idea of what's going on and what we've already tried/already know.

So over on my end of things, I'm slowly gathering parts together to make this happen for me. As most of you know, I always wanted to have a hard disk instead of CF cards, so that's where my version of this is heading. I've already got a 10GB IDE hard disk on order, which should come soon. I was planning on using an old computer PSU to power the hard disk. Is something like this suitable? All I need is it to power the hard disk, nothing else, so I guess it'll probably be ok. I'll scrounge an IDE cable from somewhere. My only problem then is the interface board itself. I don't have the time or the cash to make one myself, so the only option is to buy one from someone here. I'm going to PM r3ap3r (sorry about spelling your name wrong so many times

) about it, and hopefully it'll be game time!
