The Red Steel competition is UK only because Ubisoft don't want to send the goodies overseas.
I'm willing to send the game worldwide, but that's kind of unfair on everyone else who entered.

Turbo, your account is active. What does it say when you try to log in?

Does it log you straight out? If so, check that you have HTTP referers on.
Sometimes firewalls prohibit logging you in until you add the site to your safety list.

Everything seems fine here though, and your account exists, so don't worry about it too much.

Strange, I clicked the link again and it said I had already been activated. This time I entered my username/password. Maybe it's activated now.... Either way, here's the proof.

I got an email saying that I havent activated my account via email, but that's because I didn't get an email sent to my inbox to activate it in the first place. (Or into the junk email folder, thats empty too.)

still cant get in
maybe i typed my password wrong when i signed up

i tried my orginal and it didn't work again
