First of all the thing won't read controllers, but the light on the controller lights up, I'm 99.9% sure its the ribbon cable. it's kind of bent at the end.

Oh and the fan wires need to be reconnected, I took the fan out to test an old ps2 mobo a while ago, you just need to tape them together.
It has no disk read problems, and I no longer have any games/controllers to test it with, it comes with all wires.
Last time I cleaned it out, it the ribbon cable pulled out funny, and bent at the end, I can't fix it no matter how hard I try tho, but it should just need the ribbon cable and it will be good as new, because I tested the port on my cousins PS2.
