That's really nice looking work on the screen. What kind of epoxy are you using?

Looks very awesome so far.

Oh that sounds like a fun challenge, ok everyone, relocate the expansion pak and rcp wire an N64 while you're drunk. Then start making the case using power tools.!

Ok maybe that's not such a good idea.

Anyway, nice to see it still coming along.

Looks fantastic! I assume the X and O Playstation buttons on the back are R and L?

So, I've been trying to think of a name for this system for awhile, but it wasn't till just now I was looking at my Avatar and a picture of the soon to be finished sytems when it clicked. "The N Cloud" was the first to pop into my mind...but I think I'm actually going to call it "The Nimbus 64". If that's already been used, let me know, I'll think of something else, but I think it rolls off the tongue nicely and it still can be called an N64! So that's the name for now!

Is it bad if Nimbus made me think of Harry Potter (the broomsticks), then Futurama (Zapp Brannigan's ship name)?

My earliest game memory was playing Ms. Pac-man co-op with my brother on our 50 inch crt tv.

Made it to like level 50, we were pretty pro for being under 8. Good times.

I love CaseMods ( http://www.nowhereelse.fr/?s=casemod ) and the "Nimbus 64" is an amazing one that deserves to be published in the world "Geek" ;)

Glad you like it, Thanks! :D

As soon as I get the power wired up, tested and working I will do a video demo and post it here [...] this should be finished by the first week in May if that will work!

Can't wait! Let me know when it's done!

The best thing I can think of is to make sure that all your buttons are making good contact with the pads and that they are wired correctly. :? I have no idea how to fix the controller, really. I had the same problem but just took the controller out of the case and it worked fine. Maybe make sure that nothing is shorting it out? If you've got a short on ground, it could maybe mess all that up.
