I'm looking for a way to mod a Genesis 1 and / or Sega CD 1 to not need the audio patch cable (like the Genesis 2 + Sega CD 2). I tried poking around a bit in both my 1 & 2 systems with a multimeter but couldn't find anything obvious and the pinout on Gamesx wasn't much help.
Can anyone make some suggestions? Thanks.
