ok if a if 1 12v to 3v dc-dc converter will drop 12v to 3v, then will 2 drop 48v to 3v?

shouldnt...unless its not the right regulator check if its lm317 if it is its fine

wire up the battery packs in paralell take the positive attach it to the converter take the negative do the same attach it to the board your done

ok parallel is like when u could take a battery pack off and it would still work as opposed to series where if u take one off then they all fail. right?

thanks, now is there a better way then using a 12v to 3v conveter cause it does need 3.3v
