It is fixable of course, however no one will be bothered to:
- Take a high resolution photo,
- Check each 805 component with a multimeter that can check capacitance / resistance,
- Draw the measured resistance / capacitance in paint on the high-res image.
That is why, a schematic is your best bet (if SCEE released them).
You could grab another faulty PS3 and do it yourself. I mean, as long as it is the same CECx model. That is another option.
It also looks like there are some 0603 and 0402 SMD parts there too.
402 is almost impossible to solder. Remember, these are done by a machine during manufacture.
