Bench top adjustable power supply

Hello,
Hope this is in the right area.
Just registered here. I'm still a novice when it comes to electronics.
Have a Youtube channel: thomas3120 with a few mods, etc.. I've done.
Recently did a bench top power supply, using a dig. multimeter for the read out:
