Making a battery charger

hiya guys,

ive got a batterypack from a friend's RC car its 7.2V and 4300mah.

but the charger is nowhere to be found is it possible to make a charger for this or does anyone know/can guess the range of Volts it will take.
and will the charger HAVE to b e be around 4300mah aswell ? or just around 7.2 volts.
