Can you use the same memory media on both XBOX and PS2?

memory cards, sticks, RAM, ROM, and hard drive compatibility feedback would be nice

the short answer is they all use differint formats when used in the differint consoles so they would have to be reformated to use them on the outher one with would erace all the data on it
