Commisions Section

I think a great sub-forum would be a commissions section, where people like myself could come and leave an open request for something, and posters could come and see if there's a project they'd be willing to tackle.

Right now, the trading post serves as that. You say that you want a commission, and people will respond. I don't think there's really enough demand for a section dedicated to commissions.
