Hooking the PSOne screen up to the SNES

OK, I once saw a picture of the SNES simply hooked up to a PSOne Screen, which was attached to the back. Is there a way to modify the PSOne Screen to simply plug into the back of the SNES (Preferably the mini one)? I do understand that I have to RGB hack the system, but I was thinking about doing that this summer anyway because I have an SCART in on my TV.

I am not planning on making a portable, I just wanted to try this out just in case I don't feel like bringing a television to college.
