Laptop LCD screen

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

A converter box would not help. It converts a digital signal to an analog one, not the other way around. Besides, they are relatively big and power hungry.

If you want a larger-sized screen with AV in, look at portable DVD players with 'secondary' screens (ie. a second unit that displays the same image as the main DVD unit).

Edit: XBox, whether you mean the original or 360, can output VGA to a desktop LCD monitor, although in the case of the original XBox, you'd need a custom BIOS. So maybe look into that.
