off brand ps1 3.5 inch question

it says its a pelican or something but i gotta ask if there is any way to maybe get them to run on 7.5v instead of 12v it's very odd.

Maybe. If they run under that voltage, they run under that voltage. If not, though luck. I'd not recommend an offbrand console screen though.
