xbox 360 screen question

so i read somewere on the forums that laptop screens are a no no for the earlier consoles because of the way they needed the analog converted into digital i believe. Can you use a laptop screen and case as a good grounds for xbox 360 or no?

The cases are custom made for the guts that go in them.
You'll never fit what you need in, not in a thousand years.

haha have you seen how deep the old xps inspirons are? they are thick and heavy as it is but i figured i could take the bottom cut it in half drop it with a a slot all the way around of clear flexy epoxy'd to it so you could see inside with some lighted led's and a clear section around the top in design but i know it would be a little deeper but not much but if you have to take out the lcd screen and replace it with a different one for this task i dont know how worth it that will be.

Sure you could it... into the right laptop...

One of those really really old ones thats just basically a PC case with a handle...

The 360 is way bigger than a laptop, just look at it.

I believe those were called luggables. could be wrong.
