This is a rough design of my friend Shaun's PSp that he is currently making. He used the Playstation Screen with a Microcon controller so that the size can be cut down a little bit more. The disc spins in the back but he has a little latch that will lock into place so that it can't fly out and kill people. It's pretty nice... he is actually making the case out of aluminum.... by bending and shaping the metal with tennis balls... When he is done I will take an actual picture...

Looks a little like the N64 design Gannon has, just doesnt have so much material at the bottem.

It looks way to top heavy. It might look nice on paper, but once you try to play it it would be uncomfortable.
Try moving the controlls to the midlle of the screen, insted of the bottom.

That is why the system is being made out of aluminum... the bottom is going to be a little bit thicker and the design is a little off.
