SNES On A Chip

Post by electromaster64 »

I do not know if anyone have ever thought of or pursued this before but since the Tristar64 plays both NES and SNES games it should have a SNES on a chip as well as the ever so famous NES on a chip. Therefore providing the smallest SNES handheld ever.

Also has anyone thought of taking an older tablet PC like one of the Fujitsu ones and adding an in-case controller and making a SNES/NES/whatever-else-you-want-in-there portable via emulation??? I know the battery life would be poor but a 10" screen on a portable that emulates multiple systems for only around $250-$300 sounds pretty tasty to me.

Please search the forums, this has been thought of before and the tristar does not contain a snoac, it actually contains the entire snes hardware.
