"WTF" is obvious. "WTFBBQ" is often used for comedic effect, to accentuate the absurdity of it. "BBQ", which means "Barbecue", can also be inserted into any long string of words, such as "LOLROTFLBBQ". "PWN" is a term that means you could apply to say you have beaten, insulted, or otherwise bested somebody. Generally, it would be "PWND", but in the structure and the comedic nature of his sentance, it was "PWNT".

So, you "WTFBBQPWNT" demonfaj by calling him a girl.
