No... HAVE A PLASTIC LIGHT SABER! 
And... I think one of the weapons should be a Game Gear, which you can either throw at people or crack 'em across the head to knock them out
Infinite ammo, as it's a melee weapon, in fact, you could even have it as two possibly, a melee version like above, and, not so melee, where you use the screen with full brightness to blind people, ammo is battery life

Hows about the penny shooter (a weapon close to Marshall's heart) the boundless amounts of my penny collection could be shot like a shotgun on the unsuspecting victims
Hows about th mighty power of the original Xbox's controllers, they are like frikin huge. Also the xbox itself could be a very strong projetile weapon...it could take out a city block!

well, heres some ideas.
-Nerf Gun~blast that grandma too smitherreerns with the power of thousands of foam darts! Once your ammo goes down, you can run and pcik them up again.
-Slingshot-Why not? slingshot random things like old nesp cases, balls of wire, and xbbox controllers. You dont have to find them they just come out. I guess it could act as the gtp sniper.
-and lest we forget, cant have a video game without.....
