Off to RatShack after school tomarrow It WILL be done by friday. I'll post some pics of the finished product as soon as I can :D Oh I might use my rc car battery because my case is 3" thin and I only need 1 1/2" :D So I mIGHT TUCK IN a lot MORE AMPS

It lives well sort of my ratshack project box was too small :evil: so I used an old cardboard box for now.

Kind of needs some focus... Maybe a pic straght on instead of an angle would be easier to see.

It was $1 at a flea market. But serioulsy what do you guys think of my portable.

I know the case is really secondary but could use some work making it more pleasing to the eye.

I'm going to home depot this weekend to pick up some acrylic sheet 1/4" thick and I'm going to make a custom case. The styl of Bens Project 42 Vcsp. My Dads going to help me rout it. I should have it done by Thanksgiving to show off to my Whole family :D

I got some abs placstic 1/4" thick today at PTSurplus. Its textured so it feels cool. the problem is now i can't have a curvered bottom in my case. Its gonna be a box shape but I got some wood veneer so its gonna look like a mix between bens Rev1 and Rev6

Well I'm replacing my NES joypad with a tac switch and a PS2joystick. I found plans but does anyone know of anyother websites like you Ben well here is the one I found: http://www94.pair.com/jsoper/2600_psx_adap.html

Interesting use of the lm339s as A/D converters :)
I would've probably just used a resistor array to try and do it, but this way actually seems better :)

Well I figured out how the Dreamcast joystick works. The only problem I can forsee is the case being too thick. I hope it turns out great and as always I'll keep you updated.
