Mallrats
The Fifth Element
Scream Trilogy
Fast Times at Ridgemont High
Die Hard
Gremlins
Goonies
Mission Impossible 1
Starship Troopers
Jurassic Park 1 and 2
Tremors
House on Haunted Hill
Back to the Future Trilogy
Star wars 4, 5, and 6
Spirited Away
Reservoir Dogs
Pulp Fiction

There's a few I can think of.

As for new movies still in theaters, go see District 9. I loved it... some might hate it.

I'm going to go with some movies that many people may not have seen before:

Ed Wood (one of my all-time favorite movies)
Iron Giant (amazing 2D animated movie, loving 1950's Cold War era vibe)
The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (Paul Newman as an a-hole sheriff in the 1800's)
The Ten Commandments (top-notch AAA storytelling, and maybe the first real "Special FX" film)
Metropolis (really, really ahead-of-its-time silent movie with an evil robot woman in it!)
Crimewave (early Sam Raimi movie that proves he was the right man for the job of Spider-Man)
Up (somehow Pixard keeps making "its best movie ever" over and over again)

I came really close to putting the Iron Giant on this list. If I remember right didn't that movie tank?

Also, anyone seen 500 days of summer?

Oh please! WALL-E wipes it's ass with Up!

Up was a fine enough movie, but middle of the road as far as Pixar is concerned for my money.

I just got around to seeing American Pie and I have to say I was surprised.Yes it was crude at times but it really did have a few strong messages. It's wasn't the best but much better and slightly different than I expected.

Its not a must se,e but puts an interesting perspective on teenage sex .I never would have guessed American pie wanted to teach me a life lesson. You may want to wait till you are older to understand it though.

I have all the perspective I need on teenage sex. Why get more involved than necessary.
