How fast would the shipping be? Do you have one day shipping for the controller?

If you're in the US the shipping is 2-3 day Priority, unless you want to pay $30 more for next day shipping. International shipping takes 5-10 days.

well i was checking to see if or how much it would cost for next day shipping cause i got a tournament this saturday and its for PS3, I was just wondering if i buy it today(Thursday), would you be able to get it here by tomorrow?

That is what next day shipping means. Again provided you're in the US, overnight shipping to an international destination would be some ridiculous amount.

another question, would it be cheaper if you can do a PS360 without the D-pad or does it even matter? would it make it cost lower cause i dont even do anything with the d-pad especially for Street Fighter IV, but if your on later today im thinking of buying the controller.

If ya don't use it then it really makes no difference. If I had to make one up from the start it would cost more than this one, not to mention take around a week before it was done, regardless if I wired up the D-pad or not. If you're wanting it by tomorrow ya have around 8 hours from now to decide.

The 360PS is now $55 shipped if you're in the US, $65 anywhere else. I'm wanting to get rid of this thing, it comes with a new PnC battery pack also. (just the battery, not battery and cable)

It really depends on how you're wanting it setup. The second one pictured in the first post is around 170 GBP to have made up in the default button layout and to look like that, but that price can go up/down depending on how you want it setup and what it ends up looking like.
