Really? huh...that means the yobo doesn't support the Arkanoid controller, as those 2 pins hook to nothing on the board!
And I'm using engraving plastic for my case.

Thanks for the pinout; looks simple enough that even I can understand it
About the top power board now, do you have a pinout for that too? It looks like there is a few important things on there like capacitors and resisters and such, did you rewire those somewhere or were they just omitted?

I omitted the power board stuff totally. The Yobo runs off the +5v coming off the regulator, so I just pump 5v through that, and it works just fine.

Oh, and the audio/video connections are fine on their own too!

Slight update!

Got some more work done on the case...I taped the whole top-half of the case together to see how it fits...double the thickness from what you see here, and that'll be the approximate size of the case when it's done.

Fresh update!
The Guts:

Got that cart connector removed finally....

Had a thickness issue, so i lopped a small gap into the controller board (somewhat visibile in the last picture) and with the small gap, Im able to stick the capacitors into the controller area--saving space
THE CASE:

Got the side bars rounded off and looking nice....

Got the cart connector mount completed as well. It's mounting position is one of extreme stability, as this connector likes to hug the games awefully hard....

Overall, I think the case is looking pretty sexy. It's nearly finished now...........just a little more work......just a little more...

Update!

Got the cart connector glued into place...gots gorilla glue on each of the sides, as well as mr. hot glue to boot...that connector is going nowere!

Had a thickness issue. I tried to fix it by just sharing the space with the controller a bit, but that failed. SO, instead I removed the caps and the transistor on the board, and extended them out a bit. The board now sits at less than half the height it was sitting at before! A nice improvement me thinks. There's still a hole in the controller board, but that's of little consequence.

Re: Metallica Man's cNESp Projekt Work Log! [56k warning]
Well, I was hoping this'd be the last update....but alas...it is not...but onto what is done!!!!!
The case, and 99.9999999% of the mission is now complete...there's 2 things left, and I'll get to those in a second.

I referred to this as a "hell of wires" obviously, it's not fun to look at, nor was it fun to solder...

the completed mess...took me a long time to get that soldered in, and it left me with a nasty crick in my back :S

The innards as they sit in the case before the final assembly...
...And now ladies and gents...the "completed" product!!!!!!!!

Unfortunatly, I've hit a nasty snag...it did indeed work before I put it together..now, it doesn't work at all. Well, it powers up, the screen lights, and the yobo makes it pink...but the games don't work! I have a horrible feeling that I'm suffering from 1 of 2 (or possibly both) things...
1.) one or more of the wires for the cart connector might have broke or just popped out from the board inside the case (already checked the connector itself--those are fine)
2.) the game doesn't go in deep enough to the case. when I stick the game in, it doesn't feel like it's going all the way, so I dunno what's up right now....
I'm gonna rip it apart tomarrow morning and see what's up...
Otherwise, I have some decals that are going to adorn this device for the volume, the power switch and other things too. But those won't go on until this not reading the game problem is fixed.
