There is no need of carts for run the system natively, but the power supply need simply to be changed by another (from 9V to 5V).
I just make a cart adaptator with another power supply for use with the original plug.

If you need some other infos ask me.

I had one about a year ago. The compatibility was good, and I didn't have problems with weird colors or anything, like I did with the FC Mobile. I started portabilizing it, but I had an issue with some traces lifting off after repeated solderings. I believe that was just bad luck on my part, though. I liked it. It was a nice little machine for that price.

I think many of you will be happy to see this one available. I bought three for three different projects that I'm going to do soon.

My local Flea Market sells NOACs for $20. That maybe something to thin about for me then. :)

Sorry to bump this thread but I've been looking for some form of PAL Noac to play with and have just found this site:

http://www.consolegoods.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

which has not only what I'm looking for but some interesting other little tidbits (SNES buttons pads, various console region converters etc)

Will try and post this somewhere more relevant but I'm new to this forum :oops:
