Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
Make sure your case and you have no static electricity built up when you start putting stuff in it. Styrofoam does cause static electricity. Ground yourself on a metal object before using delicate electronics. You'll short circut before you can say "Oh no, not all of my effort and money!"

Check out some sites on "surfboard construction" on google, it sounds like about the same process except you're taking the foam back out.
