I didn't bring it back, I just wanted to ask a question. Well, I guess he isn't around anymore I just wanted to know if he flipped the screen. Anyone know if those tact switches are any good (they look hard to hit maybe even harder to do with buttons, aren't they from computer mice)?

They look like mouse buttons. The tact switches Gannon sells are probably the best, buy from him or get the part # from him.

this is an old post, but there is an update to this, after i pmed him and he replyed:

thanks. it looks nice, but it's having problems. Up, down, left, b, and c arnt working, and you have to unplug the screen before you turn it on... but at least it looks nice.

yep Paul, that sucks... It probably has something to do with the fact it has no case...

i know whats wrong with the controls... i broke the controler board. i was able to wire the buttons to the main board directly, and it sorta worked.

The LCD just sucks, some power issue i dont feel like fixing.

Ive got an Idea for a case! If you go to dicks sporting goods, you can buy slingshot bb's. If you get the really big kind they have a hard plastic case that seems big enough. It is a black case.
