heres the full thing that happend if it makes a difference.

i had desoldered my second controller port and was now wiring and soldering it back into the board when i was done with the memory card i tested to see if what i had done would work, when i turned it on nothing happend, the green led didnt go on the cd didnt spin but the lcd screen lit up. i had desoldered the second controller port again just to see if that would make a difference and thats where i am as of now.

So the fuse jump didn't work? If it didn't then there might be a fuse for the ground line that needs jumped.

Umm..why are there N64 heatsink blocks on the chips :P

because im using them for heat sinks on my ps one
since i gave my friend my n64 mobo

But the PSone has no heatsink, it has a metal shield, but no heatsink :)
