hmm...i would say to get Psilocybin Dreams XDP but apparently the website (http://psilocybindreams.com) is down again. Maybe from bandwidth. I'd be willing to post the files needed to burn the disc (it's homebrew) but I don't have the files anymore. I wish I had saved them before I formatted my old computer's hard drive. -_-

check that site regularly though, in case it comes back up. you'll need DiscJuggler/Alcohol 120% to burn the CD image you have to download for it. Hopefully the site comes back up soon. You need an ISP subscription to use it though...
I have no signature. And I am proud.

That site is down until next month.

Try emule and look for a bittorrent for a web browser, you can find a browser for as low as 5 on ebay, though.

As to quote whoever said there is a homebrew browser, I think there is too, though it fiddles with your settings or something, and you can only use it, I think?

Huh? Psilocybin Dreams was mentioned (site now back up), that will work nicely and you won't have to mess around with Sega's built in connection settings (although it's of dubious legality, since it's pretty much just a hack of Sega's browser to add new functionality. Whatever). If you really do want the Planetweb disc then give Sega an email, they'll send you one out for free.

After selling my Dreamcast to my brother and then him trading it for a PS2 I was pissed, so I bought another one 8)

When they were selling out at $69.99 I grabed 8

I am just in the process of starting up my page again now that I finaly got a .com address.

The sites coverd with adds now :( so I will be moving it all to the .com

old site: http://www.dreamcastgod.ca.tc
new site: http://dc.arcadeconsole.com -not up yet

As for the web cd, I am looking for the last one they made, and I think the way sega dumped us justifys us buring that cd freely. :P
& because of lack of Sega support, only a few thousand Version 3.0 browsers were released in America and Europe so that right there says it all.

As for the games..they still make some in japan, and the homebrew scene is good, but the real ones can be found in clearance bins in some places or at fleamarkets for good prices.

I just fixed my controller port and added a blue power led while I was at it, It has a 56K modem too, yes 56K not 33.6K...models released after 9 September 1999 had a 56 Kbytes/s modem.
And there was 2 types of BBA's..."Broadband Adapter"

1. HIT-400: , the more common model, this used a RealTek 8139 chip and supported 10/100mbit (you can build your own BBA with the 8139c PCI card.)
2. HIT-300: "Lan Adapter", this version used a Fujitsu MB86967 chip and supported only 10mbit

well anyways...long live Dreamcast!
