If he is Japanese I am able to help. I live in Japan after all. However, if that is a world translator, I do not think its Japanese. Most likely Thai or Chineese

Anyway, personally, I would just use the composite connection with an Xbox. Because it is very unlikely anyone can get a Xbox portable (lasting more than an hour) without a car battery or such extremes. So I think the guy just wants to put the screen onto the Xbox for a car project (or maybe he broke his TV or roommate took it). But yeah.
