I do not know who he is, but I remember playing half life when I was 13 on the PS2 and he was on the cover art. I hates the game really badly.
So yea. I refer to him as the HALF LIFE GUY.

The only thing that is duct tape is the covering of the shoes. The rest of that is tarp, sewn onto compact foam and made into sleeves. The plates are plastic. And that's a real crowbar too.
