I don't think so, because that is for PAL. I would suggest going with the one on PoD.

If your N64 doesn't have RGB out, the 200uF caps do absolutely nothing. They are for strengthening the RGB lins, but do squat is you don't use RGB. Luma and Chroma are for S-Video. There is a small error in the picture, because only pin 4 is ground. If you go to the bottom of the screen, pin 10 is actually +5V. Don't forget that this is looking at the multiout from the back of your N64. Here is the pinout that you will require:
1. Audio (L)
2. composite Video
3. NOT USED
4. NOT USED
5. NOT USED
6. NOT USED
7. Audio (R)
8. NOT USED
9. NOT USED
10. NOT USED
11. NOT USED
12. NOT USED

Pin 10 is only 5V, and it is tied to the 7805, which has a 1A max output, so I wouldn't try it. Pin 10 is okay to use for a couple LEDs, but no high draw electronics.

On the plug and from the inside of the N64(on the back of the multiout), but if you look at the back of the N64, it will be the picture I posted.

BTW, as soon as I get my second 64 open(hopefully tomorrow), I am going to test pins 4 and 10, because of that small error on PoD.
