What is the pin out of the AV module on the N64 board? left to right on the front.

If your N64 doesn't have RGB out, the 200uF caps do absolutely nothing. They are for strengthening the RGB lins, but do squat is you don't use RGB. Luma and Chroma are for S-Video. There is a small error in the picture, because only pin 4 is ground. If you go to the bottom of the screen, pin 10 is actually +5V. Don't forget that this is looking at the multiout from the back of your N64. Here is the pinout that you will require:
