if everything's wired up right and it's still not working, then I'm willing to bet that your N64 is fried :(.....I know for a fact that the 3.3v line can take 3v with no problems (well, a few, but it should work anyway)...once again, if you're SURE that everything's wired up correctly and it STILL doesn't work...try getting a new N64. actually, I forgot to mention that you should try the thing where you take out the expansion/jumper pack, turn the system on for 10 seconds, turn it off, and then try it again with the expansion/jumper pack. If that doesn't work, then either your expansion/jumper pack is fried or your N64 is :(....
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

id marry this website/webhost if i could.

ill get another n64 if i have to, but i had a hell of gettin it open, used a hack saw and a molten pen. maybe i wired my ground up incorrectly, i was under the impression i could run them all thru the same wire... my LED goes up no prob, the 12 V circuit workin pretty good...

ill see if i can get an image... nvm, webcam is dirt... ill draw.

LED not comin on any more, after i tried that 'run 10 secs with no jumper pack'... thing does fry easy. tried with jumper and expansion packs. maybe ill try again with a diff mobo..

i juss dont understand, prior to frying it, it ran fine off of wall juice, but as soon as i rigged it up to batteries te 3.3 V line woodnt start up. was it becuz i was using an expanion pack, or DK 64?

N64s fry from just about everything. you could give it a dirty look or say "boo" and it will fry. be paranoidly (is that even a word?) careful to not bump it, jerk it, or anything else like that
