Cheap LCD

Post by Nibblet007 »

I've decided to join your guys' community and attempt to make a portable PSone this summer. While looking for the cheapest psone/lcd combo I found this.
Pre-played SONY LCD
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/224503.asp

It's priced at $29.99
Use this coupon to knock 15% off and get it for $25.49 + shipping
PPLAY15

I'll have to order the $50 PSone+LCD bundle from GameStop, but maybe I'll get this one too in case I mess up.

EDIT: Looks like they sold out. That coupon code should work on other stuff though...

I am also joining, but am making a N64 portable using that screen at the same store, just not online, since that's out of stock.

I would like to make a PSOne Portable, but I don't even have enough money for the screen.

I'll sell you my package for $70 shipped, comes complete with lots of extras. Like spare laser assemblies, and a spare LCD unit in case you break one. Lots of extras for backup parts... all you need to build a portable, besides the case. I also have a box loaded with spare stuff like controller, ports, cases, spare motherboards good for parts only, like fuses, all non-working becuase of mistakes. Everything you would need. The LCD is MINT... i have a thread a few posts down, check it out!
